I hate this website. Never got my fuel pump in the first place. In addition, this folks didn't even return my money. Their customer service sucks, I think those people their are Indians. They are good in english, but it seems they don't know what they are talking about. It is like, we were not on the same page. He's a bit sleepy when I was talking to him. Maybe because of stress or something. Well what the heck, they didn't even bother fixing my problem. They just said "we'll get to you as soon as possible", and what now? Its been freakin 2 months now since the last time I called them. What do I get?? No calls. No reply. What a way to treat a customer. Every time I try to call them, they always put me on hold. It is like, I am already known there. I don't know. They don't want to listen to my complaints because of what? Because they don't want to loose some reputation?? Well guess what, you idiots just did.. I tell you guys, be careful when buying your merchandise here at JC Whitney. You might get the same treatment as I did.
