1. It was easy to locate the product on your website.
2. The product description and picture was accurate and sufficient to identify the appropriate items.
3. The online purchasing process was inaccurate (adding add'l cost beyond that of the item cost and shipping charges) making it necessary to CHAT with a customer service representative. I hate CHAT!
4. There were also No shipping options listed, when in reality there are options.
5. And the cost of shipping to Alaska was outrageous.
If there are any other possible options, I would not order from your company again.

Your website needs work. It took me over half an hour to complte my order. On my first attempt the browser locked after a pop up from your site. I had to unhook the battery on my laptop to reboot. I suspected it was because I did not have an account. I looked all over your site and could not figure out how to start an account. At the end of the order form, there was no indication why I could not change the shipping option. I has to call to get the answer. I completed the order only because I don't know where else I could find the item.

I bought a set of mufflers for my '46 Ford about 55 yrs ago from J C Whitney. They were the absolute best in tone, in the sound that I really wanted. Because I was so happy then (16 yrs old!) I have never forgotten where to go for ordering parts for my cars. Thank you!

Tracking was messed up. Customer service was to get back with me on this & never did. Tarp ordered was a 12'x18'. "Finished" size is 11'4"x17'6", what the hell is that? Why isn't that advertised? Plus it was made in China. That should be advertised also. I will not buy Chinese knowingly. This tarp looks like it will last about a week out here in the sun. It's like everything else from over there, it's JUNK!

I bought two 17" rear view mirrors. One of the mirrors came broken and almost crushed.
Customer service is sending me a new one and I didn't even need to return the broken one. It really makes for a happier customer. I can see where some companies would want to receive the broken item and also have the customer pay the shipping at their own cost. I will continue to shop at JC Whitney as a result of my experience.

Recieved correct oil filters and manual. Received wrong window visors, ordered for 2004 Explorer and received model for F150 Crew Cab instead on 8/14/09. Got courteous service on phone and immediate email with return mailing slip. Sent item back on 8/15/09. Phone operator agreed to ship immediately correct item and charge and credit account for replacement and return of the first incorrect item. Its been seven days and I have received nothing except this stupid questionair.
