I was a little weary about buying a Movado Watch on-line. I did a lot of research on-line for styles I was interested in and also on the on-line Companies. JacobTime was the only website I found that I felt safe ordering through. The website gave all the information/answers to all of my questions & worries about ordering on-line, why the price's are cheaper, about the warranties & authenticity of the products. I didn't even have to make a phone call to ask it was all there posted on their website. All other Companiees I had to keep searching through their website to try & find any info & none of them gave as much detail information. This is why I felt so comfortable giving it a try. My watch was received in perfect condition for a Gift to my Husband for our 1 Yr Anniversary. The original box, papers, serial # ID card was all included. I would deffeinately purchase from JacobTime again!

At the time my order was placed, I requested an item in "factory-sealed" condition, and the people at Jacob Time Watches fulfilled the request. The item shipped and arrived promptly, and was exceptionally well-packaged for shipment. The watch activated without any problems and has continued to function properly since I received it.

The watch did come with an instruction book. It made me think the product was refurbished and not new, as I expected. I also asked, in the comments area, to have the watch sized to 6.5 inches, it was not. No comments on why, it just wasn't done. Did I receive a new watch or not?

Jacob Time had the product I wanted in stock, where many other vendors did not. They guaranteed fast delivery during the holiday, and accomplished this in spite of the fact that my credit card company held up authorization of the purchase as a security measure. Jacob Time called and alerted me BEFORE my credit card company did. They also put me at ease about purchasing expensive goods over the internet. It was easily my best shopping experience of the season.

Jacob Time has excellent customer service. I needed a watch overnight for Christmas and they worked with me and did everything possible to get it to me a bit sooner than I expected. When I thought there was something wrong with my watch they were very easy to deal with and willing to do whatever it took to rectify the problem. There was nothing wrong with the watch, I just hadn't read the instructions on how to properly program it. Although their prices are higher than other similar merchants, I would shop there and recomend it again.

I purchased this watch because of the picture and description. When I received the watch it had much more gold on the bezel than was pictured or described. I had seen this watch (with the gold on the bezel) on other sites for less money but purchased from Jacobs Time because I thought this was a nicer looking watch even though it was the same model (I thought maybe it came in two colors). I called and they said I could send it back but I don't live in the country and it just isn't possible for me to send it back. I informed them that the picture really needs to look like the product they are selling so people know what they are getting!

The watch arrived much faster than I had anticipated. The price was below other sites' price. Communication from them was excellent; my billing information was confirmed, I knew when the item was shipped, and when it would arrive. My only complaint is that the watch was not set to match any time zone in the world; both the hour and minute were nowhere close to being correct. In spite of this, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great until I received an email with tracking information and then a week later the item still had not arrived. They told me that UPS had lost it which was fine, but then that they had no more in stock to send me. They were very friendly about it, but they seemed very eager to cancel the order, almost as if it was their bad (they had sold my watch to someone else or something). I was just annoyed because it was for a gift and and I thought I had it all squared away and now I'm scrambling to find it somewhere else. I would shop at Jacobtime in the future because they were helpful once I alerted them to the problem, but they would not be my first choice, and if i found the product somewhere else for a similar price I'd buy it elsewhere. All in all I'm sure they are generally a solid operation.
