They had the shoe I was looking for priced at $21.00 less than antwhere else. Probably just dumb luck that it was on sale, but I was thrilled non the less!

Web site great, easy of shopping on line great. The only thing is- buying shoes on line difficult.....it's one product that needs to be tried on in person, even slip ons. Shoes I ordered did not fit, but merchandise was excellent. Mailed both pairs ordered and awaiting charge card credit back. If that return process is quick, I'd give Joe's outlet an EXCELLENT rating.

Only place I could find the shoes I wanted!! Shipping took a little while but it was also around the holidays and UPS was probably backed up. All and all I am very happy I got the product I ordered and they are in perfect condition

My shipment was never receive. Joe's New Balance Outlet was contacted by phone. I was told ups wound contact me, but I never heard form UPS.

I am a sinking single grandmother of 4 grandchildren and I must buy everyone shoes at the same time. They must be attractive and kool for the oldest 7 year old and velcro for everyone. Who has time to tie? The youngest will out grow quickly so they must be inexpensive. It took weeks to finally find velcro for everyone at the same time. (or at least slip on athletic) They arrived quickly. Now I need inexpensive for a baby girl.(with another(maybe girl) on the way!) I am extremely happy with Joe's. My only complaint is the availability of slip on's.

Many of us discover that New Balance Shoes are simply better. But they are a little expensive. Joe's has lots of NB discontinued models for major discounts. I have brought about 10 pairs of shoes in the last few years, all from Joe's.

I had back surgery and needed a supportive pair of cross trainers. The style I liked and owned is no longer manufactured.( New Balance 601) I found them on this website. I decided if ever I was going to get them for the future, I'd better order 2 pairs. When I placed my order, Voila! Free shipping as well. Items are perfect and my back has healed better by wearing this strong supportive cross trainer. Also, they are extemely lightweight, making walking easy. Right now, walking is the best and pain-free excercise for my back, and I thank the merchant profusely for not only carrying them, but shipping very quickly. Sue
