We ordered an expensive jogging stroller and when we received it found that they sent us the wrong one. I had to spend a significant amount of time going back and forth with customer service, returning the incorrect stroller, etc. I spoke with a few different customer service reps and all of them were very rude to me (and I was trying to be nice in order to get things resolved quickly). Based on some of the other reviews, this seems to be the norm for this company. You'd think with the amount of money that people spend on these jogging strollers, they'd be more inclined to treat customers with more consideration and respect. Apparantly, that's not their policy.

I personally would NOT purchase again from this company and would NOT recommend them to anyone I know.

i purchased the double raincover. i received the single. we can not use this product. we called you and you are fixing the situation hopefully. but it will take time and we don't have time. we needed the product and not we must wait to finish the transaction until i send the single back you will send the double to me.

Very informative and helpful. Check out was quick and easy. Would be nice though if the free shipping deals included Hawaii as well (Maybe for a higher max purchase than other states?). It's incredibly expensive to get things over here.

I contacted your company at the suggestion of the mother of the babies--I didn't know which company to contact or which stroller she wanted. The site was easy to navigate. My items were instock and on sale. I received a e-mail immediately after purchase thanking me for the order and then another e-mail about 30 minutes later telling me the order was ready for pickup by Fed-Ex and giving me the tracking number! A great experience.

Great customer service and very kind employees. The purchase was made with one credit card and sent to another name. They sent an e-mail and confirmed the purchase since the names/addresses didn't match up. My only semi-negative is that the console has JoggingStroller.com's logo embroidered very large on it. Advertising is one thing, but this was a little bit silly. I was going to return it, but they were so good at everything else, I decided not to.
