Tried to purchase Christmas gifts for my four children, nearly $400 worth. Within a few days, I received a notification that listed all the ordered items and said they were being shipped via UPS. When nothing had arrived two weeks later, I called to check on status of the order.
When I called customer service they were not at all helpful. Because I am in the military, I placed the order through an agreement the online military exchange catalog has with Kazoo Toys; however, customer service kept informing me when I called that they don't handle military orders and I'd have to talk with Dianna, the president of the co. After several more phone calls and emails I finally got a response back saying that several of the items were now out of stock.
Kazoo Toys are irresponsible merchants who are unable to follow through in the simplest matters of customer service. If they would have sent an email informing me of the stock status after I placed the order, instead of emailing me that everything was shipping, I wouldn't be having to compensate for their inadequacies, trying to finish christmas shopping for my children with less than two weeks to go.
