I received a confirmation of my order. I waited 2 weeks for my merchandise. When I contacted Kenneth Cole the item was no longer available yet I was never contacted. I will not use this comapany or recommend it. I lost out on opportunities to purchase other purses because I thought that I had one on the way.

I ordered 2 of the Bon Jovi shirts. One in Large and the other in extra-large. I was told they were both on the way out(2 orders) but I only received the large one - seems like there was no extra large available after I received an e-mail that it was on the way. I purchased them because the money went to charity. If the shirt will be available in the future, I would still like to have it.

The item was out of stock/sold out and the company didn't notify me. after waiting for two weeks for the shoes to arrive I called customer service and was informed that they were sold out. The agent didn't even apologize for the delay in notification. The money was on hold on my credit card until I made the inquiry.

The original handbag I ordered was canceled at the last minute because you over sold it. My credit card was charged for the purchase and I had to argue with one of your client service reps to get it credited back. She kept insisting that I was never charged for it when I was actually looking at my statement and saw the amount. My overall experience was less than satisfactory.

Shopping with Kenneth Cole is a very painless process. They keep good track of your orders through their online site. Watch for sales though. You can purchase something and see it go on sale a week later for 30-40 percent off, kind of annoying, but that's pretty standard for this type of retail with such a large mark up.

I enjoy the product design of Kenneth Cole. I like the colors spectrum they choose to use, as well. I like the bold blues, violets, and greens - along with the neutrals kenneth has great staples, and fun pieces. However, I wish they kept more stock of size small. It seems to run out very quickly.

My shopping experience with Kenneth Cole has always been a pleasant one. I have been treated with respect as a customer and handled in a manner that invites me to shop there again.

I had to return the boots (I liked them but they did not fit). I decided to bring them back to a store as opposed to shipping them back (which the website said I could do). The sales person was perfectly nice, but told me that the store did not accept returns. He said however that they would ship them back for me (saving me shipping costs). This was very different from all other the brick and mortar merchants that I have dealt with in two ways: 1. I did not get credit until the return was received by warehouse, and 2. was unable to get a receipt from the sales person acknowledging that he had taken the boots. It made me very uncomfortable and I called the store a few times to make sure that the return had been made by them. It makes me think twice about ordering from the website again.

I called to find out why it was taking so long to ship out the order and ending up holding for a human being for about 15 minutes. Not great customer service. when someone did come on the line they were very helpful.

I contacted a kenneth Cole store that had carried the dress to determine how the sizing ran, as recommended, (the Lenox shopping center in Atlanta,GA)and I'm pleased I ordered the xs; they were very helpful. I seldom order over the internet or catalogs due to uncertainty of fit and then hassles in returning the merchandise.

It irks me that so many online merchants don't give full measurements of products. I thought the socks weren't knee sock length so I had to return them - at a decent expense for shipping costs.

One of the products i wanted was in stock when i ordered. A couple of weeks later i checked my account with Kenneth Cole, since my shoes had not arrived. The shoes i ordered appeared as out of stock, i got my money back, but i did not get an email about the shoes not being sent to me. I have bought shoes at KC 3 times by know and that is the only problem i have had.

Would you please tell Kenneth Cole that his Customer Service Representatives are amongst the worst in the business? They're rude and uninformed;I had to call them 8 times over a 3 week period only to learn that my order had been cancelled in error days after my 1st contact! I've since replaced it with a 2nd order & have yet to receive any notice about that one; of course, they still have my payment from the initial order. This was an extremely disappointing experience, I won't be shopping with them anymore & will share my story with many.

Kenneth Cole productions have so unprofessional Customer Sercive reps. I was not please by the level of service I recevie from such a wide known company. I will not refer anyone to call in any orders. I have never experiece any service of such from any other retailer. I hope the service improves so I can continue shopping with kenneth Cole. However, if it doesn't, Saks fifth avenue and Macy's will get my friends and I business.
