What customer service? No one will answer the phone!

I ordered some Tavola Small juice/Wine Glasses from KLINQ.com on March 3rd and now it is March 21st and I still have not received them. I never got the confirmation email that was supposed to be sent out when the glasses were shipped and so I have no FEDEX tracking number. I tried going through the KLINQ.com website to check with my order number but get an error that the FEDEX server is down and to check back in a couple minutes. It has been a week. I tried calling their 800 number, that boasts fabulous customer service, yet can't seem to get anyone on the line, not even the operator but instead am routed to a voicemail box that is full. The voicemail box is also full for broken and returned items, accounting, and order tracking. When I tried putting in extensions I got the message that the line was busy and did I want to hold for each extension? No, I don't believe anyone will answer. I sent an email a day ago to their customer service and have yet to receive a reply. So far, while the website is well done and easily navagatable, I am feeling less then impressed with KLING.com and will never use it again. Last time this happened to me with an online store I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get them to return my money and address my issue. I'm not looking forward to doing that again.
