After searching the internet high and low, I finally found one place that had the jacket in stock I wanted . I placed my order right away to be sure I didn't miss this one. I chose to pay through paypal and the funds were deducted from my checking account immediately. So far, no problem - just what I expected.

What I didn't expect was a message from Kneedraggers 48 hours later that the jacket was on back order - just like every other site selling them. The difference was, every other site announced it was not available and offered an option to pre-order or be notified. Kneedraggers I was to learn, takes your money first.

Kneedraggers cancelled my order when I e-mailed them, but did nothing about refunding my money to paypal. After 3 days of repeated e-mailings with Kneedraggers and two complaints to paypal the issue is probably solved. "Probably", because although paypay instantly took my money, they are going to hold it 3-5 business days (beginning with today's resolution) before giving it back.

I wish I had done due diligence and read the forums about Kneedraggers. I'm certainly not the 1st who had to squawk loudly and persistently to get their attention. I would also have learned they have a history of selling things they don't have. I will never spend money with Kneedraggers. They do not represent themselves honestly.

Incidentally, Kneedraggers had the gall to comment that my refund would have been processed a day earlier if i just hadn't opened a paypal dispute. EXCUSE ME????
