Lamps Plus has an extensive selection of items and the site is set up so that you can easily find what you are looking for. The prices are much better than in retail stores and it is so much easier to select something without having to run around town to look at limited inventories in many different places.

As I have not installed the fixtures yet due to weather conditions, up until this point I'm very satisfied with the service that I have received from this company. I'm located in Nova Scotia Canada and some companies in the US will not ship to Canada,I was extremely pleased with you service. The fact that I didn't have to worry about a coustom broker was also a plus so I would recomend your company to any one that building or remodeling their home. They had a huge selection of all types of lighting. My order shipped out quickly and arrived on time. The chandelier was very high quality and worth the money I spent on it. The website was very manageable and easy to use. The only suggestion I would have is to slightly change the sorting options when sorting by price point. It would be better to include all the items below your maximum price point, rather than picking, for example only lamps between $50 and $100, it could include all lamps below $100. I would definitely shop with them again.

Incomplete order sent initially. I sent emails and made phone calls. Emails were never answered. After making numerous phone calls and asking for a supervisor, I finally got a response, but first two phone calls/voice mails left with the supervisor were never returned.
