There was a discrepancy in the web site and the order form. I emailed customer service and they resolved the issue right away. I've been very happy with the products I received.

I was disappointed as my lamp was damaged. The marks were in the coating so it was defective merchandise before it was shipped. It looks like the finish wasn't dry and someone touched it. I just didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it so I kept it. I wouldn't order again as I feel they don't check the products before they are shipped.

They should not send orders through UPS. In my case, UPS did not delivered, actually, anything even a note. And after all, the main shade was broken.

I almost totally enjoyed the experience. My only regret was not being able to see the fixtures with white globes (frosted or not) against the white background. May I suggest displaying the picture against perhaps a red or black background for contrast.

Pro: I like the lamps. COn: No online option for faster shipping, the default shipping method was similar to a slow boat from China. They offered, "Recomended" light bulbs for the particular lamps purchased, junk! Worst possible selection, they sent frosted bulbs, where clear were the best fit in giving the proper lit appearance. Now I have 6 overpriced frosted bulbs.

Had a problem with one lamp. The metal piece that holds the shade does not fit on lamp properly, but due to your HIGH SHIPPING costs I had my husband fix it rather than send it back for replacement. This will affect my future purchasing decision.
