The battery I received was not working. I contacted the vendor and a replacement battery was shipped the same day. Unfortunately they did not ship the battery overnight to me for free but did ship the replacement free going ground. They just need to do a better job of quality control.

Laptops for less shipped the item to the wrong address(billing address instead of shipping address). A telephone call to Laptops for less immediately after reveiwing the Fed-ex tracking information resulted their shipping department agreeing to change the address with fed-ex via Fed-ex's change of address feature. The item was still delivered to the billing address where delivery acceptance was refused. As of now the item is in limbo somewhere in the Fed-ex system. Needless to say I am an unhappy customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

IT LISTED THE SAME EXACT BATTERY MANY TIMES BUT UNDER DIFFERENT LABELS...THAT WAS CONFUSING. BUT ONCE I FIGURED OUT WHICH BATTERY TO GET, IT WAS EASY AND FAST. I LIKED USING PAYPAL TO PAY TOO.

THERE WERE UNEXPLAINED CHARGES ADDED TO THE TOTAL BILL THAT BOTHERED ME. THEY AMOUNTED TO ABOUT $11.00, AND ALL I CAN ASSUME WAS IT WAS FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING, BUT IT WAS NEVER STATED CLEARLY WHAT THE CHARGE WAS? PROBABLY WOULD NOT BE BACK BECAUSE OF THIS. Got the right product that I ordered & even got several hours earlier than the estimate by the company/shipper. Will use again in the future if I need to. Also the product was considerably cheaper than from the manufacturer & the manufacturer didn't even have the power adapter/charger in stock, & no real estimate when they would have it.

Laptops for Less did great. Fed Ex screwed up by sending the package to the wrong state. I paid for expedited shipping, yet had to wait 6 days for the package to arrive.

The battery they sent for an IBM Thinkpad 40e was wrong - wouldn't fit. Was 14.4V, original was 10.8V. They said it was the battery they us for the 40e, but quickly offered a return. Sent call tag thru FedEx the next day. Presume my credit card will be credited. The other battery I purchased, for a Toshiba, was correct. A 2 MB Secure Digital card was also fine.

I returned the order I received because my trouble was not caused by a power supply. I called for a RAM number and everything went well. I do believe that a 15.00 return charge is very steep for a 49.00 product of that nature. Thank you, Tim Hughes

I Have no problem wiyh LapTops for Less But the 2 day extra shiping I paid for Didn't help Fedex delivered my package to the w2rong address And I had to go get it my self If I wanted it in the next 24 to 48 hours and then they Told me that the package was miss labled but I picked it up from where they Delivered it to and it was adressed correctly
