I ordered an adapter to my laptop but when it arrived, the cord/plug didn't make it, so I was quite disspointed in not receiving my order in its entirety. However, after waiting 10 minutes to speak with a sales support person, she immediately rectified the situation and was very pleasant. I've been very anxious to use my laptop and I hope to get that second part to my order soon. I did receive notification that it is on its way but I don't expect until Monday the 26th.

last time I ordered the laptop battery, it was made in japan. This time, it was made in china. I don't like to buy electrical items from china given the choice. It's a personal choice, and has to do with perceived quality, not anything concrete.

The item I ordered is back-ordered. However, I didn't receive any notification via email. I wait for couple of days and then I called their customer service and learnt that my product is back-ordered. Should inform customers so that they could expect the delay.

The tool that came with the iPod Mini battery did not have a Phillips head tip, but instead came with a Star tip that didn't work. Also the tool's flat tip screwdriver point was much too large to be of any use at all in removing the iPod's end covers. So, the tool provided was useless. Fortunately I am a computer/electronics person and had the proper miniature screwdrivers on hand for the job. The average consumer would not be so lucky. The instructions provided were excellent and the battery replacement took me less than 10 minutes including reassembly. The battery's initial charge took a shade over 4 hours vice the three hours stated in the instructions, however. I would also recommend that, after replacing the battery, iPod owners download the latest version of software from Apple.

Please be careful and read all the small (and large print). In my case, the picture of the product was not the actual product and I think was misleading. Although the description listed the camera battery I purchased as OEM compatible, the picture was of an NP-800 listed as $39.00. The actual NP-800 is around $59 - $70. I found the same battery I received (the en-el 1) on other websites for $14 - $21!!! When I received my battery--a label was placed over the en-el 1 info that said "NP-800". I contacted customer service and he stated that it was a good deal and I could return it but with a restocking fee and since it was free shipping I basically should be happy with it. I did mention that I purchased from them due to the picture and seemingly trustworthiness, but that I was extremely unhappy and would not recommend them.

I will never shop at this site again because of the rude customer service I received from 2 different employee's; Steve in refunds and Brenda, a supervisor who said she was also the owner of the company. My request was to return a product without having to pay the $15 restocking fee. I believed I was purchasing a original brand name product but received a 3rd party imitation.

Website navigated very well. Ordering was easy--just searched by my brand-name and they offered a 1-year warrantied replacement for my part number. Confirmation was immediate, and the tracking number was provided as soon as it was shipped. The item arrived exactly when it was promised, well-packed, in perfect condition. No hassle anywhere. The price was the best I found in hours of searching.
