After perusing "Lighting by Gregory's" website, I called their 1-800 number to verify the availability of a specific light fixture before ordering and while on the phone with the Customer Service Rep he checked the inventory at the OEM's warehouse and confirmed availability. I then stated that I was then going to place an order on-line and he advised he could get me a discount better than what was advertised on-line - which he did! Imagine that - offering up a better price without being asked!
The light also arrived in less time than what was advertised! Unfortunately however when I opened the box there was a defect with the light. I corresponded with Lighting by Gregory and they very promptly, cheerfully and happily agreed to send me a replacement  - which they did! The replacement arrived very promptly as well! They were courteous in all of their dealings.
I saved over $300 on this light fixture from "Lighting by Gregory" versus what the local hoighty-toighty lighting design showcase store here in my home-town wanted to charge me after letting me look through a couple of their catalogs....
Overall it is my "epinion" that this is a very professionally run company that is focused on total customer service and satisfaction - I would do business again with them in a heart-beat!
