Unfriendly and unsupportive customer service. Dishonest business practices.

Do not buy from this company. Has very unprofessional and unfriendly customer service and does not take returns even though the mistake is on their side. We had 2 lamps ordered: After delivery 1 lamp was not returnable as it was explained by them to my husband that it was custom-made. Hubby replied that website does not show which of the lamps was custom-made and it did not show that the one we ordered was. They replied "You should have asked us" (Duh - what does one ask if website gives impression of accuracy ??) They refused to let us return this lamp and the owner that we got to talk to then simply hung up on hubby!(hubby was friendly but assertive). The other lamp was returnable, but we had to call after 2 weeks and remind them to complete the refund. This experience still makes our stomach turn after 2 years, because their website did not give the information that we ordered a custom-made lamp. Here I am today to find that this company has many unhappy customers. We had planned to purchase more lamps saved under "favorites" on their website, but haven't at all touched it, because we don't want to do business with them anymore. (Note: We noticed today that website NOW explains which of those lamps can be returned. This was not the case at time of our past purchase). Do yourself a favor - don't order from them.
