My only disappointment was: The estimated UPS charge semed excessive relative to the weight and price of the merchandise and my experience with other deliveries I've ordered from the USA by air courier. I emailed the vendor questioning this and never received a reply.
very happy otherwise with speedy dispatch and excellence of the merchandise received.

Wonderful shopping experience. For starters, answers to my questions within 24 hours. Next a rebate code for my online purchase. My juicer arrived in just a three days! Wow! Just unpacked it and gave it a test run, it is beautiful and works like an Acme should. I am buying this Acme to replace my Acme 6001 which I have had for 25 /- years and could still be using if I hadn't been stupid and used it with a dull blade which caused the bracket positioning the spout to break. I didn't think I would be able to find another Acme new and was delighted when I found LivingRight.com. They have a few other kitchen products I eventually want to buy as replacement pieces. Guess who I will check with first? Living Right!

I've never received such horrible customer service. After competing my order "successfully," according to their Web site, it took 9 days for them to get back to me to tell me that the "free shipping" they so prominently advertise isn't really free if you have a military address. They point to obscure page on their site that you don't normally see without looking for it to justify this. I found this very misleading. In addition, it's now August 29, and I haven't received the juicer I ordered July 21. But that's not the worst part.
I've sent two e-mails and a ticket through their Web site over the past month just to confirm that it shipped -- and no one has responded at all. My work schedule makes it very difficult to call, but it seems I have no choice but to show up to work groggy so I can call them (I've also sent yet another customer service ticket to them). If a product they have is a few bucks more someplace else, go elsewhere. |

I ordered online and never received the order. I called during office hours as stated on their recorded message, but no one answered. I left a voice message as instructed, but have not heard back. I received confirmation that my email inquiry had been received, but no one has gotten back with me.
It's been a couple of weeks, and I've yet to receive my order or hear anything from the company. I wonder if they are still in business. |

If I had not called to check the status of the order it may never have come. Terrible service, better off paying a little more at another site and having it delivered in timely manner.

very, very pleased with them. neat packaging. juicer arrived earlier than i expected and in good condition. it had an instant rebate which was processed at the time of purchase which i thought as a great idea. unlike other rebates where one has to mail them in and wait for the rebate. the price of it was the best one i could find, and i looked for the best price. overall 5 stars. thanks.
