The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The prices are very competitive and so far, I have been pleased with the amount of time it has taken from placing my order to receiving it. Although, with this last order, I ordered 4 of the same item, received 1, was told the rest were on back order and have yet to see any of the the other 3 items...or any communication about the items since my order arrived.

The liquid laundry detergent bottles opened and leaked during shipment and I had the UPS delivery person make a note of it upon delivery. I was dreading having to contact someone about it so I kept putting it off and before I got myself to call about the problem they had already shipped replacement bottles of detergent. That was incredibly impressive and I will definitely be shopping with them again and telling people I know about the site.

As always, I usually go straight to Lucky Vitamin because of the huge variety of brands and products. Apart from the wide selection, I have found their response to any problem (broken glass vitamin bottle one time) to be excellent (in the above case, another replacement bottle was mailed immediately). Also, any product questions I have had were immediately answered with a simple phone call. Delivery is relatively fast, in comparison with other companies that I had previously ordered from. Last of all, prices are really good!

Overall, very good. I also wanted to order some Tom's toothpaste but deleted it from my order when I noticed that it would not ship for 5 days because I did not want to delay receiving the calcium.

I've been shopping at LuckyVitamin for almost a year now, and I've never had a problem either with ordering or receiving my orders. For items that were backordered, they were shipped promptly when received by the merchant. I buy almost all my vitamins and herbal supplements from Lucky on a regular basis and I'm quite pleased with their quality, service, and especially pricing.

I ordered a very important product for my health thinking that Lucky had it. I proceeded to order my other products from Lucky thinking that I would get it all in one order. I find out a couple days later that they don't have the product, it's in backorder and I may or may not receive it within 30 days. That feels very deceptive and manipulative to me. If you are a good company as you say you are, you take it off the site or list it as backordered as other companies do. Then I don't have to wait and I don't have to be stuck ordering only one product somewhere else. That system is not consumer friendly at all. It also makes me question whether I will order from lucky anymore. We will see.
