I haven't gotten to use the luggage yet, but it looks awesome! The only other places I've seen it are on Reaper (love that show, so feel kind of cool now in a nerdy way) and on your site. Also, your prices are incredibly reasonable and the layout of your website is logical! Yay! Shoppers can't take these things for granted these days. :) Thank you!! And, hooray for pink luggage!

Ordered another of the same as a gift. I received a phone call and email almost immediately to say that item was back-ordered and I offered to take another color. Received another immediate reply that they were waiting for info from the warehouse. That was three days ago, nothing since.

My Granddaughter saw my back bag and had a fit about it. Said it would be just what she needed. She was graduating from State Patrol school about a month later and I finally found it for her. She is now at work and using her bag. She graduated with a 99.26 average. Grandma is real proud.

The shopping experience was fine, however I should have known that all your stuff was made in China. I am absolutely tired of getting all our stuff from China. Most all of the China made products I have purchased in past, which I try very hard to keep to a minimum, has failed within a year or two. Either the leather cracks, the zipper fails, or in some way malfunctions, indicating the quality is marginal at best. The products are cheap, but poorly made, thus the adage that you get what you pay for. So until you distributors decide to provide American made, high quality products, I will continue my search for a higher quality product and will be willing to pay a higher price for it if that is what it takes.

I purchased two backpacks, one for me, and one for my brother, from this store. They were both the same kind of high sierra backpack, different colors. The second one -- the one for my brother -- was a color that turned out to be out of stock. Luggage.com e-mailed me and took care of the problem quickly. The only thing that could have made this better is if the out-of-stock color was listed as out of stock on their website, rather than e-mailing me later about it -- I might have chosen a different backpack to get the color right.

The suitcase was back ordered and they couldn't tell me exactly when it would arrive - only an approximate date. Since I need it for an upcoming trip, I found a similar product locally and for less money, so I cancelled the order. I must say, they were probably the easiest company I've ever worked with to cancel an order. I would do business with them again and hopefully, we'll be able to complete the transaction.

The only problem was that I requested the item to be sent at a later date as I was going away for 2-3 weeks. I gave the date I wanted it no sooner than, but they sent it out right away and I could not contact UPS to stop it. Fortunately, it was wrapped well enough to withstand the daily rains Vermont got all August!

I purchased three pieces of luggage. one went to the wrong address, one took well over 15 days & therefore I cancelled the order & got it form Amazon.com in two days at a lower price, the other I returned to try to exchange it for a larger model & they canceled my order informing me it was discontinued by the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer & got it in three days & I have yet to this date received my outstanding credit, even thought I have provided tracking & receipt confirmations to luggage.com of product return receipt on Aug. 6th,2008. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card provider. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER!!! WHAT A MESS TO DO BUSINESS WITH. SO MUCH TIME TO TRY TO CORRECT & GET A SIMPLE ORDER THAT WAS FILLED, DELIVERED & COMPLETED IN THREE DAYS ON AMAZON.COM
