We received our order within a week of the time it was placed. One of the bags had a small manufacturer's defect. We emailed luggage.com and sent them a photo of the defect. They got back to us within an hour and sent out a replacement bag about 2 days later. We were very pleased with their excellent customer service!  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

My first order for the 24" luggage came in fine. The second order, the 20" luggage, came with only 2 wheels. I had ordered the spinner with 4 wheels. I called in, sent the 20" luggage back, and received the correct one in good time. I'm very pleased with their service. I talked with two people at luggage.com, and both were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the order was shipped needing a signature for delivery from UPS. If I had been aware of this condition when I placed the order I would have had it delivered to my work address, not home. I thought the reviews were very helpful (about the products). i would only receommend that there be a few more pictures of the different bags available (ie, the insides to see what sort of space they have and how they are configued.)
