Perfection!  I ordered a suitcase on Wednesday morning and had it at my doorstep Thursday at noon - and that was with their free standard shipping.  The item was brand new, not used, refurbished, or an older model, and the price was almost half of what the Samsonite store wanted for the identical suitcase, not to mention that the retail store didn't even have the color in stock that I wanted. 

Shortly after placing my order, I emailed their customer service to see if my order could be shipped as quickly as possible as I wanted to use the suitcase over the weekend.  They replied a couple of hours later saying that the order would go out the same day, and sure enough I had it just over 24 hours later. 

The only issue was that I believe since I used Paypal checkout, an account wasn't created for me.  So, instead of being able to log into an account to see my order progress, I had to refresh my order confirmation page in order to see the UPS tracking number appear. 

Regardless of that minor issue, I'll be sure to shop here again and recommend the site to others.
