My first impressions with Lumber Liquidators was via their very yellow website. Navigation is straightforward and it was easy to browse to find flooring and any required accessories. As a bonus they have a comprehensive section of Questions and Answers, in which you can find quality advice in an easy to find format.

Browsing around you are able to look at many different kinds of flooring that are divided by type and color. When you choose a specific type you are able to click on the image and see a nice large picture of the flooring you are looking for.

The only downside of the website experience was the in-store quantities were consistently wrong. I was looking for a particular glue but the website said that they had absolutely none at my local store.

Phone / In-Store Experience:
I called the store almost 1 hour before they were supposed to be open, doubting that I would get a hold of any one. To my surprise a cheerful person picked up the phone, and was quick to answer my questions and provide excellent help, even before the store was open. At that point I was very pleased to be dealing with Lumber Liquidators.
Upon arriving at the store it was busy, there were two salesmen and one warehouse worker. But the salesman were able to efficiently and effectively helping out everyone, I was able to get what I wanted with out any hassle or delay. Additionally the sales people were very knowledgeable offering sound recommendations and suggesting but not pushing products on you.

Overall:
From the website to the store my experiences with the Lumber Liquidators were outstanding. The prices are good and the service is great.
