Unhappy with communication and problem resolution

I ordered two tennis racquets for my daughters to start taking lessons. Both were listed as in stock. A few days later I got an email saying that the order status had changed and at the very bottom of an email filled with ads and offers were three words at the bottom of my order summary No Longer Available. I assumed both racquets were out of stock so I ordered them elsewhere. It turns out that only one was out of stock but emails from them were very unclear and wordy. They later sent me a copy of an email they said they had sent to me which I never received which was much clearer but this was after the fact and not helpful then. They only refunded the amount for one racquet and still charged the entire shipping charge of over $13.00. Because they didnt answer my inquiries promptly, I assumed the racquet I received was the one ordered from the second source and had opened it and taken the tags off. I could have refused the package if theyd let me know. They offered me 10% off my next order as consolation which of course I wont be using. So, I now have three racquets, one that is a duplicate that I don't need and will need to sell. Not happy with this transaction at all.
