I feel that Marine Depot is one of the better aquarium supply stores on the Internet. Their website is easy to use and so far I have not encountered any dead links or bad information. Many on-line aquarium supply store sites are difficult to navigate or have frequently broken images or links.

I ordered several small items from them and wanted to talk to them on the phone first before completing my order. Even though it wasn't a big order I felt that the customer service person was treating my order seriously.

The box arrived on time and everything was packed well and undamaged. Everything was also correct and the invoice was easy to read.

My overall satisfaction is very good. The only downside is that they were not able to price match on some items I wanted to buy in a second order (Sailfert test kits). But they at least stated this on their website upfront. I believe they will price match on other items, but I have not personally needed to do this as their prices on the items I ordered were the best I could find on-line or locally.

I like how they have their phone number on their front website, too many websites hide or don't even post phone numbers.
