I recently purchased over $300 worth of dry good supplies to establish a new saltwater aquarium. I placed my order on-line. I ordered filters, thermometers, powerheads, testing equipment, etc. I even ordered 40 lbs. of live sand. I found the ordering process to be good and their prices to be competitive. I even changed my order after placing it, albeit shortly after, by calling their customer service #. Their customer service was very helpful. It took a week for my order to arrive from California (I am on east coast). Upon arrival, the box the live sand was in was damaged/open. I looked inside and there was trash and sticks and leaves. One of the live sand bags had certain parts of the description blacked out with permanent marker. The other box with all the equipment in it was fine and packed well. I called the customer service # to tell them about the live sand box. They expressed concern that the box had been tampered with and told me they would ship out another 2 bags of live sand to me for free. I felt that they went above and beyond the call of duty. They did not require me to send back the first 2 bags and didn't charge me to ship the replacement bags.

I have already ordered from them again. They have fair prices and top notch customer service. They are a company that wants to keep you as a customer and values your business.
