Return policies could be a bit more liberal. 21 day return policy does no good when buying a gift early for a Christmas present. Product comes with a 2 year warranty so returns can be handled through the manufacturer for defective product, but I'd prefer to return to the retailer.

THE WEB SITES DELIVERY DEAD LINE WAS WRITTEN IN SMALL PRINT AND WAS EASILY OVER LOOKED.I PAID FOR NEXT DAY AM DELIVERY AND RECIEVED THE PAKAGE THREE DAYS LATER.WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DIDNT TRY TO HELP WITH THE OVERNITE CHARGES AND WERE BLUNT AND SHORT WITH ME.

Initially was afraid to shop here because I had not heard of them. But price got me to do it. The first order I placed for 7 units was with Amazon becasue they had a good price and free shipping and MegaGPS was unknown. Then I needed to order 3 more. MegaGPS got this one because of price and time to deliver. Everyting was fine. I was able to track the order and see it delivered in a very timely fashion. I will use them in the future.
