They have a very wide selection of equipment. I received my table in less than a week, two days earlier than their estimate. They also sent me email updates telling me the progress of my shipment. I will definitely shop on-line here again.

We ordered a large glass kitchen light. It was delivered within days, even though anticipated delivery time was 3-4 weeks when we ordered it. The light arrived in good condition and was packed well. We are very happy with our purchase and the quick delivery.

I really liked the fact that Mercantila gave great customer service. I received emails detailing everything pertaining to the bike. I was well aware of what was going on with delivery and that makes a online purchase that much better. I will definitely purchase from Mercantila again. The customer service representative was one of the best I've ordered from online. She was very knowledgeable about the products, helped me make a slection that met my needs, and was an exceptionally polite salesperson.
I originally wanted to purchase a Bazoongi mini trampoline for my two-year old grandson but when the Mercantilla sales representative told me it was backordered, and how long it would take before being shipped, I selected the Galt product instead. Even though the Galt trampoline cost more, the sales representative applied a discount to my purchase so that I paid exactly what the Bazoongi would have cost me. I was also impressed by the tracking e-mails I received from Mercantilla. They advised me when my order would leave the warehouse and where it was at all times along the way. I received a positive confirmation after it was delivered to my grandson's home in California. From my daughter's account, he is having a great time jumping up and down on his mini trampoline, which pleases me to no end. |

This was the first time I ordered merchandise online from Mercantila. I found that it was very easy to pick out what I was looking for and thought that the price was right and reasonable. Putting the Calm Inversion table together was time consuming and we needed help to accomplish our goal. However, I have been on it every day and hope to see some progress with my back and lower spine very soon. I am pleased that I can easily move the inversion table around in any area of my room.

This was my first time shopping with Mercantila. The customer service over the phone was fast, informative, and helpful. I was shocked at how quickly my urban rebounder trampoline arrived ~ less than 48 hours (and it was free shipping)!! My kids LOVE their new, indoor, energy busting, trampoline. Mom & Dad can bounce, too, because it's rated up to 300 lbs. Perfect for cold days when we're stuck inside.

Love the Water Rower, but the heart rate monitor receiver I ordered over three weeks ago has crossed the Mississippi now for the 3rd time! Yet no one has responded to my 4 requests for information or even offered a simple "Sorry, we goofed." You'd think dropping over a K would at least get you that!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Mercantila. We ordered a trampoline and was told it would ship in two weeks. Then an email told us it would be over a month but of course they charged our credit card within minutes. We cancelled the order but they will not confirm this or give a refund. My husband has been on the phone numerous times and has been told numerous lies. This company is a SCAM. We are letting our credit card company deal with them, you get nowhere trying to talk to them.

I have owned a Weslo and a Proform prior to my purchase of merit 725T. It is the best I have ever had. When I ordered It was backordered. I was unhappy but had to understand. I was kept notified of staus by multiple e-mails. I received word that my treadmill was shipped on 9-17 and that I should recieve in 3-5 days. I recieved it later the same day. Delivery was made inside of my home as promised. Packaging was well made to protect the product. Assembly was straight forward and with the help of my wife took about one hour. I am very pleased with the Unit and with the delivery process too. I would highly recommend Mercantila to you.

DECEITFUL. This is how I would describe this company. After placing my order & being charged for it, I received an e-mail 3 days later stating the product had been discontinued & was no longer available & that they had cancelled my order & were refunding my money. They were very apologetic & offered me a 10% discount on something else. I still show no credit to my debit acct & have received no response to an e-mail I sent them. Also the product has not been discontinued on their website, but the price has increased by more than $400.
I guess their original pricing was wrong...the funny part is I even questioned the price when I placed the order because it was much less than I found on other sites. I was told by the customer service rep that it was the correct price. So I will order this product from another company & now have to worry about getting my money back from Mercantila. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews. |

The product was delivered damaged, and the manufacturer is having me attempt to repair the product on my own. However, I have to call them frequently to request assistance so that I do not damage the product further, and I am about to give up since they should be repairing or replacing the product. Mercantila also charged me shipping when it was supposed to be free.
Mercantila's "help center" webpage does not work since you cannot enter any information regarding these aforementioned problems into the window that loads with errors. So, Mercantila's help center also does not work properly via the internet. All of the above leave me very disappointed with Mercantila and the products that they sell. This was a gift for my wife that is turning into a big headache. |

Confusing: Received an email stating item was shipped then the next day received another email stating item was backordered for more than one month.
Frustrating. Unable to contact or receive a response for more than 48 hours from the initial attempt to contact this company-after they had received payment (over $250.00) then backordered item. Company has a policy of not taking phone calls, but rather during off times keep customers on hold longer than 30 minutes only to be told that telephone personnel won't have any information but rather will have to get back to you within 24 hours which they did not do. Will never use this company or any subsidiaries again. |

They said my rowing machine would ship within a couple of days. I got charged for the product, then they say it will be Oct. 1 (30 days later), now they say that it will ship on the 9th. Nice to know that they got their money a month ago and I still haven't seen my merchandise.They offer me a $1500 discount on a large future order. That is not going to happen though as that is probably a scam also. I'll update more later. Also checked with the Better Business Bureau, same thing there. Stay away from Mercantila, and all of it's site and stores. You will very happy you did. Amazon carries the same product and I'll order from them if this does not get resolved.
