Over the past 2 or 3 years I have ordered from meritline about 10 times. They have alot of great deals, often sending emails from clearance items that are very cheap. The majority of my purchases were from verbatim dvdrs.

The dvds always came shipped well. Shipping was always on time and never had any problems. Once in a while when I had an order I would take advantage of their "99 cent deals" and whenever I did it was always a good deal on stuff I didn't really need but still worth having for less than $1.

The site is pretty easy to use and the search function worked well(some sites are a nightmare to search on).

One small problem I have is their dvd/cd boxes that they sell. It's a big box with racks that holds plastic sleeves for you collection of cds or dvds. The box itself is great, but it's big enough to hold more sleeves then it comes with. The problem is, meritline doesn't sell the sleeves separately. They have an item number and page for a set of 10 sleeves but there is no price and no way to order. There is an auto-notify button to let you know when the item will be available. It's been a year and a half and they never notified me of availability. I checked back on the site and it's still not available. I think they just put that item there so that people who wanted to buy a box would feel better about the purchase, thinking they could always expand later with more sleeves. I bet they will never sell the sleeves separately.

Also, when I bought the box a few of the sleeves were broken, but it was like 5 out of hundreds so I didn't even bother to complain.

Other then that, I was always happy with my purchases.
