Meritline has its critics but it has done much to improve itself in the last few months including the brand new redesign of the website which was way overdue! Easier navigation, clear and concise product information, and a confusion-free shopping cart (no more worries whether the discount coupon was applied or not) provide a hassle-free e-shopping experience to all of us. Shipping time, however, continues to be a drag! Meritline should realize that customers start fretting when they don't receive any delivery communications from the merchant once a week has passed since they placed an order. Though I must note that by clarifying on its website that it takes two weeks to ship from Hong Kong or whereabouts, it has lessened tendencies for me to worry when I haven't received any shipping details for over a week. Also, to Meritline's credit, it has started clarifying faqs like whether an item comes with an adapter or is USB-powered or not, etc. on its product pages. Of course, the sweet spot for Meritline continues to be its extremely good value for certain products like LED lights, cable/USB adapters, etc. especially when it comes with free ground shipping. Cool gadgets like 4-port USB 1.0 hub/penholder/nightlight for $7 is what makes me shop at Meritline. To summarize, good value though expect at least two weeks shipping time!
