There was no follow-up by the seller, after the order was made on 12-19-03 to see if the order was shipped, until I emailed them on the 1-06-04. A short email to let me know it would be delayed would have been nice.

Although the website said the item was available for shipping, it was not. Updated information should have been available on the website regarding availability. This was a holiday present that almost arrived too late.

I ordered this a little later than I expected for my son's birthday, due to the Thanksgiving holiday I wan unsure as to whether or not I would receive the gift on time. I emailed the company and they responded with an immediate phone call to let me know the status and estimated delivery date of my order. We got it on time!! I really feel that they were very personal and accomodating, you don't find that much when doing business on-line. I would definitely shop there again.

Information on the web site was not correct, so I ordered the wrong thing and had to send it back. One item didn't arrive after four weeks (after they told me three times that it had been shipped) and I finally cancled the item--was still charged on my credit card for the item. I hope I can resolve the charges and get my money back.

They were really nice people but they couldn't even tell me if the product had been shipped or not and at the end, after two weeks of waiting, I found out it had never even been shipped. I recieved two emails. One telling me they received my order and the second telling me it had been filled. I had no reason to be concerned until my nephew's Christmas present never showed up.

I was particularly impressed with the courteous manner in which I was contacted by telephone and also told that if the item was a Christmas gift, that a picture of the product was on the shipping box. We made sure that the gift recipient did not see the box when it was delivered to his home.

The kick stand on the bike arrived broken, but this did not deter me because my child still needs the training wheels. I hope when I send the kickstand back to get replaced with a new one I will receive the same good service I did originally. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

I sent an email on Thanksgiving eve in response to an email from Mobileation that said my order had been "filled" 8 days before. As I had not received it I emailed to see when to expect delivery. No kidding- 10 minutes later I received a phone call from Mobileation at 8 pm to tell me they did not want me to worry over the holiday, so they called to say the truck would reach our area by Dec 2nd. It in fact came sooner, I think this is above and beyond customer service. I would be willing to be quoted on this for their advertising. DL

I had no problems finding or comparing the item I was searching for. I was pleased with the price and how well the site was set up. It was user friendly which makes a big difference in shopping your site -vs- other sites. The site was also very informative when it came to specificaions of each product and pricing.
