I read a lot of the reviews and knew what to do. You must contact them after the on-line sale. I didn't get the customer service but got someone in the credit option. I asked him to expedite the credit card transaction and they did. Otherwise it would have taken longer (maybe days just for the completed sale, then shipping). It was shipped overnight shipping and someone does have to sign for it. Which is great because you don't want diamonds laying around. I also had him check out to see when it would ship. He called the warehouse where they get them and had them set it out to ship while I was on the phone. When I got someone on the phone they were very helpful and polite. I bought the diamonds on Friday and had them on Wednesday. Pretty good considering the weekend. I had the diamonds delivered and installed in the setting locally within one weeks time. Overall good experience. One piece of advise to keep your experience good, Call until you get someone after the on-line purchase. I found they were the cheapest on the price and I would buy from them again, just call them to speed it up.
