This merchant had the item on sale for half price and I did compare shop and no one else had this item on sale. Unfortunately the boots did not fit as I had hoped and I returned them. I did not recieve my return credit yet, but as far as the purchase and delivery, this merchant was excellent in price and service.

A very positive shopping experience. The site is easy and fun to use. The site's irreverent "personality" is very entertaining. Lack of clutter on the website is appreciated. Pages load quickly. Order fulfillment was fast and items arrived in good condition and well-packaged. Amusing package inserts (sales brochure, "packed-by" slip).

I was happy with the price and ease of the online transaction. But the packaging was not satisfactory ... the box was made of flimsy material ... extremely damaged upon arrival; thank goodness I only ordered on large item; if numerous smaller items had been in the same box they would have fallen out during shipping for the taping material failed and the box was entirely open upon arrival. I would recommend better quality control on shipping practices. I have not decided if I am keeping the item yet or not.

I placed this order in on a Friday, hoping it would be processed and shipped on that Friday. It was not until late Monday the item shipped, adding 3 FULL days to the delivery date. Your web site and correspondence are refreshing. It's nice to look at pretty young girls/women but I think you overdo it. Reminds me of calvin kline making youngsters into sex objects, BAD TASTE. Mix up the pic's with people who are actually old enough to earn the money spent on your products. I do like your product mix and whitty comments. It's refreshing to not see the same ole, same old.
