I shopped on Cyber Monday. Got online at 8 a.m. and with web crashes and glitches had to call customer service who couldn't do anything either because of the system crash. I had to leave all my info with her so they could order it. This process took a full hour for one jacket. Late Monday night, I didn't have confirmation of my order and did a live chat with a CSR. They didn't see my order either so they placed the order again. Today I noticed I was charged twice for the $150 jacket. I again went to web chat and hopefully it it resolved. I will know by tomorrow, but I do know it took 2 full hours just to get one jacket which is unacceptable.

This merchant had the item on sale for half price and I did compare shop and no one else had this item on sale. Unfortunately the boots did not fit as I had hoped and I returned them. I did not recieve my return credit yet, but as far as the purchase and delivery, this merchant was excellent in price and service.

A very positive shopping experience. The site is easy and fun to use. The site's irreverent "personality" is very entertaining. Lack of clutter on the website is appreciated. Pages load quickly. Order fulfillment was fast and items arrived in good condition and well-packaged. Amusing package inserts (sales brochure, "packed-by" slip).

I was happy with the price and ease of the online transaction. But the packaging was not satisfactory ... the box was made of flimsy material ... extremely damaged upon arrival; thank goodness I only ordered on large item; if numerous smaller items had been in the same box they would have fallen out during shipping for the taping material failed and the box was entirely open upon arrival. I would recommend better quality control on shipping practices. I have not decided if I am keeping the item yet or not.
