Impressed with how quickly the order was filled since this was an order using my Moosejaw points. The order was filled just as quickly (actually faster) than when I had ordered items that I was paying for with $.

A zipper on the tent fly was damaged. We called Moosejaw for a replacement, The person said they would overnight the replacement fly to us, so that we could take it on our first camping trip. It did not arrive in time. So, we had to take the defective fly. When the order did arrive it wasn't just a new fly, but the entire tent package (tent, fly, pegs). I guess that part was alright. I just switched out the flys and sent back the newest tent & pegs with the defective fly.

Really liked the website & great offers. But it has been almost 2 Weeks and have still not received part of my order. Also there was no e-mail letting me know that one of it had been shipped. I kinda like to know these things, so I can track lost orders, if that happens.

I loved my purchase from Moosejaw. I was a bit saddened that when it was delivered it was left out in the rain. From what I've seen, packages always get left in plastic bags, especially in case of rain... it was raining... and no bag. I don't think thats the fault of Moosejaw. I was pretty happy that everything inside the box was safely packed in plastic and nice and dry.

I expected Moosejaw to be in some remote location in Northern Canada. I was surprised to learn that it is in Madison Heights, Mi. I grew up in Redford Township not far from there. I have lived in Arizona for 37 years and find it interesting that the only store that sells this relatively rare model of Asolo boots is so close to where I grew up back east. Great boots - great service!
