The backpack was shipped promptly and the customer service was great. i never received an email with a tracking number. I had to contact them to track my package. I did arrive quickly however, it was too small so I had to return it. :-(

Moosejaw seems like a wonderful company. They completed my order perfectly (and even took $10 off an item because of their price match guarantee) and their customer service people are full of spunk and spirit. With my $100 order, I was even able to order a free sweatshirt because of their rewards points program. All in all, I had a great shopping experience with them and will definitely go back to them in the future!

I received a confirmation e-mail right away. That's where everything stopped. When I tried to check the status of my order with the order number that was provided, there was no information in their system about my order. When I finally called after five days, the representative advised me that they had to send away for the pants and that they probably would be shipped on September 3, 2009. So far I haven't received any additional communications, phone or e-mail, from this company. I would never, in my life, recommend this merchant to anyone. Their customer service is a joke and how they remain in business is beyond me. Believe me I WILL NEVER order from this company again. I hope you share this feedback with them.

Generally I like dealing with Moosejaw, however after the new site finally emerged there has been nothing but problems. Several pages gives errors and I cannot order without help from the live chat guy. He has now completed an order for me twice. You neeed to fix the site my patience is running out. Futhermore the amount of gear is getting less and less you have catagories with more or less no gear on them. For example paddling gear looks like something you are not going to deal with in the future. Your site gives the impression that you closing down. Even worse is the reward site. There are so few items to select from that it is hard to find something I want to use my points on. Why don't you have the same items there as on the normal site. So in general there is plenty of room for improvements. I hope you get up and running soon or I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Moosejaw has always been courteous, timely, and helpful. We have shopped Moosejaw for years. (Patagonia trip with NOLS.) Just getting their packages replete with witty sayings is worth the shopping experience! One sleeve of the jacket was mangled, yes mangled by some kind of machine. But the customer service was not! I cannot speak highly enough of their consistent execution of service, fair pricing, and value.

I ordered these shoes to be sent to my brother in New York. I live in South Africa and was able to have the shoes delivered to him without a problem.
