I have placed more than a dozen orders from Ravi's and have never been anything but totally pleased. The materials and workmanship are superior to what can be found at even the nicest off the rack store, and the prices are unbeatable. Orders are completed and delivered very quickly, and so far there have never been any errors on any of the items.

I have placed three orders over the last 2 years from this merchant and have been extremely impressed with the quality for the price. My husband is very tall and thin and it is difficult to find suits, jackets, or pants that don't hang on him, but we ordinarily can't afford to pay for custom-made clothes. We felt we were taking a chance ordering from MySuitShop.com, but it certainly paid off! I would strongly recommend this merchant. Our only difficulty was trying to figure out how to take the measurements correctly -- it would have helped to have a local tailor do this!

I was extremely skeptical to order custom made clothing off the Internet. I figured I'd try it on a less expensive item to see if their work was satisfactory and then if i liked it, i could try other items. I must say i am extremely pleased with my first order (a dress shirt) and have already placed my second order (more dress shirts). I was able to design a shirt how I wanted it, in the colors i wanted it--and it fits better then any shirt i have bought in a store. The prices are great and the shipping was to my door in less then a week...what could be better.

I ordered a suit for my wedding because it is impossible to find brown suits in the US. I was very hesitant and nervous about using a tailor that I had never met and who had never seen or measured me. I am happy to say that the suit was delivered in a timely fashion. It fits great and is an absolutely beautiful suit. The nicest I have ever seen, and certainly the nicest I have ever owned. I will never buy another crappy, overpriced suit in the US. As I have just started a new job I decided to treat myself to a couple of made-to-measure shirts, as those I buy off the shelf never seem to fit me properly. I found the Ravis Tailors website via Google and decided to give them a try with an initial order of two plain white cotton shirts.

I was a little worried about taking my measurements but the website made it easy with videos and diagrams to show exactly how it should be done. The ordering process was easy and I was kept informed of how my order was progressing with regular e-mails. The shirts arrived last week and are great – such a pleasure to have shirts that fit!

I have placed several orders for suits and shirts through Ravis website. I have been consistently impressed with the courtesy and efficiency with which all my enquiries have been answered throughout. My first suit order didn't have exactly the close 'English' tailored fit that I wanted, but Ravis remade the order according to my comments and photos of me wearing the suit and now I am on my fifth suit from Ravis - all with that Saville Row fit. My most recent order was for 6 shirts in sea-island cotton and the results are so impressive I felt I had to write a review! No shirt has ever fitted so well In fact, I didn't know a shirt could fit so well and look so good on me. The quality of the workmanship cannot be faulted and the quality of the cloth has already made a couple of people I was talking to to suddenly start feeling my shirt! I love wearing these shirts! I received my first order the other day and overall I am very pleased. The craftsmanship is very good. It took about a week longer to receive than the initial quote, but it still only took one month (local tailors had quoted me from two to six months). Perhaps my greatest concern was how the suit would fit. Well, the jacket fits very well! In fact, it's the best fitting coat I have ever purchased. The trousers are not quite perfect. I have lost some weight since my order so the waist doesn't fit (although it should not be a problem to get these adjusted locally), and the slacks are quite baggy (not exactly what I expected, but I guess the style that I ordered). However, a few adjustments to my measurements and I'm sure my next order will fit even better. I will definitely order from Ravi's again.

in the summer.The delivery time is usually two to four weeks for a suit,although,and I stress, this is no fault of
Ravis the Tailor,you may have to wait for up to six weeks,
due to the two Thai New Year holidays, one in February, and
one in April.Delivery time to your door,after despatch is roughly three days,although it may be even quicker,if released from customs quicker.Over all 10 out of 10 Ravis.

I was skeptical having a customized suit made in a country thousands of miles away. I have spent $1000 USD for a customized suit before, so to buy a suit for less than $200 from a tailor I never met with materials never seen felt risky. Still, they kept me informed of the suit's progress via numerous emails, which was placated the anxiety. THEN when the suit arrived, it was AMAZING! I just couldn't believe the quality and workmanship. It fit very well, not perfect, but I'm sure it was my fault. I've never taken my measurements before, so the next time I order, I just have to send in the updated specifications, and VOILA...a perfect suit! My approach to the process was this: I bought from the Classic line, so if I wasn't happy, I wouldn't lose too much money. But now, I have no qualms about ordering my next suits from their higher-end line. Imagine the possibilities! Very Highly Recommended!

Overall satisfaction--exceeded expectations. Very good fit, good communication, great fabric. Order accuracy--I was skeptical that taking my own measurements would work, but the suit I ordered fits better than anything else in my closet. I can't imagine buying a suit off the rack again. The only tiny criticism is that the pants could be tighter around the waist--but if you're going to err, too loose is better than too tight, and I like to wear suspenders anyway.
Delivery speed was excellent--they give updates as your clothing goes through the stages of preparation and execution. I've waited close to a month for Brooks Bros. to hem a pair of pants, and I got a handmade suit from Ravi's Tailor in less time. Delivered by DHL--took less than 20 hours to get from Bangkok to Philadelphia, but once in Philly took another 48 hours to get to me because of the weekend. I highly recommend and will order again.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of trousers as a test. The shirt was perfect - and I have ordered more as a result - but the trousers were not, as I had made a mess of measuring myself. My advice would be to get your measurements absolutely right and then you can order with confidence.
Even though the trousers were not right (my fault as stated above) the workmanship was of the very highest quality, so whilst I can't wear the trousers I might just frame then as a work of art!

I just placed my 3rd order with Ravis Tailors. The first order was a few shirts. The next order I went a little further and ordered a suit. My recent order was a pair of pants and another shirt.

The shirts are terrific but the suit was most impressive. I cannot come close to matching the quality and craftsmanship of this at Mens Warehouse or a department store. I am tall and skinny and have a hard time getting clothes that fit properly. Right out of the package, the suit fit perfectly! The jacket has many pockets and the detail on the jacket and pants are excellent.

Be sure to have someone take your measurements as it is a little hard to do it yourself.

I highly recommend and WILL be making future orders.
