We ordered a Comfortaire mattress from Nationwide Mattress because of their competitive pricing and their 90 day guaranteed trial period. They kept us informed of the order status via e-mail, and the mattress arrived just as they indicated. After trying it for about 6 weeks, we decided that while we were sleeping well enough, for us it was not significantly better than the regular mattress we already had, and so contacted Nationwide Mattress to return it. They did not hassle us about the return and sent us the authorization and shipping instructions. After they received the mattress and inspected it, we had our refund check within a week!! They certainly do live up to their commitments, and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
