It's still too early to tell -- I ordered a pair of New Balance men's shoes, size 12.5-D. I received size 12-D shoes, even though the box indicated they were 12.5-D. I have returned the shoes for replacement today, so I don't know how well or quickly they will make the exchange.

There was only one error, the shoes I received, the webbing around each shoes didn't match. (Need to check shoes before they are sent out.) I sent them back and already had confirmation on them. They were quick to respond and I am very satisfied with your service.

If there is anything I could change about your website, it would be this: Make available multi-view photos of the shoes rather than only the single view (incl. larger photo)now available, i.e., Left, Right, Bottom and Top Views of shoes, not just Front View. On a scale of 1 to 10...a brilliant 25. You saved me from wasting my time being in a car driving to timbuktu, and also saved me about $20 in petrol. It also helps me reduce my insurance premiums, and personal stress levels. It makes me feel good that we (consumers and manufacturers) can work together in making America, and the world less dependent on foreign oil. And that might help save lives all over the place.
