Ordered a "compatible" toner cartridge for my Brother laser printer. After receiving, I understand that this meant refurbished. Ordered on a Saturday evening, product arrived on Wednesday, very good. Unpackaged cartridge and it was obvious that it was OEM Brother, but had been refurbished - toner cap had seal broken and there were blemishes and scratches. Popped it into my printer and it worked fine. Based on my printing success initially, I would recommend this vendor. Best price anywhere and quick delivery. I'll agree with other posts I've seen in that there is little feedback on order status, shipping date, etc. and you have to take it on faith that the product is in the mail.
