I ordered this tank three weeks ago and as of yet it has not shipped. If I knew of this delay I would have jpurhased elsewhere.

cleaar concise site, easy to fond thongs, have ordered large tow behind items and alos small items at variois times in past. all ways good service without having to call, when I did need questions answered on equipment, CS was helpful and knowledgeable I'm a happy North.. buyer and will continue to use them when price is comparitable with shipping. Couldn't buy a lawn trailer recently because price plus shippiing was $ $60 more that same from Lowes

My shopping with was very good. It was easy to find what I was looking for in the online catalog, and adding more items to my cart was easy. The checkout was quick and easy. I received an email for confirmation of my order, and also when my order was shipped. Overall I enjoyed the online catalog and will use it again.

The Web Page you used told me of three options for shipping and I took the one for no/chg...later on was told it was a mistake and had to pay additiional 60 bux...Also long delays in shipping..

Was pleased to find a vendor that carried the product we needed. We were unable to get the belts from the company that manufactured the Go-Kart and were having difficulty in finding a local store that had what we needed. We will definitely use this vendor again!

I ordered a Yamaha generator from Northern because they were a supposed 'authorized' dealer. My generator was delivered 3 weeks late. It was missing a key, owner's manual, battery acid, & charging cables. I worked with various managers for 5 weeks waiting for the parts. When the manager finally asked Yamaha what the holdup was, they replied, "Northern is no longer an authorized dealer because you guys haven't paid your bills"!! When I heard that, I returned it with no problem.

My shopping with Northern Tool was great. I found everything I needed and the web site was easy to manuever through. The only complaint I have, which is no big deal to me, is the drill bits I purchased do not stay secured in there respective spots within the case. When the case is opened all the drill bits that fold up with the lid slide out and down behind the rack where they're stowed. I have put a piece of tape on the back side of those drill bits to prevent them from falling out again. I think the case is the problem and not the drill bits. Thanks again and I look forward to purchasing more products from Northern Tool when the need arises.

My shopping experience was good however the product was not delivered to my home as expected. I had to drive to Tyler and pick up the order myself as the company was unable to off load at my home. This was very irritating as I paid for delivery to my home. I believe there should be a refund of part of the shipping I paid. The item was not delivered as promised. Yellow truck delivered to USF Bestway and USF Bestway called me to report they could not deliver as they had no way to offload at my residence.
