Ordered a new spa cover November 2, 2005 which advertised their deliver in 3-4 weeks.I order from them do to the promised fast delivery time.
After waiting over 4 weeks and several phone calls to their sales dept. and several e-mails. They said yes it was shipped and I should have the spa within the next few days.YEAH RIGHT! NOT SO..................
I told them that I was unsatisfied and I was ready to cancel the order. They said they would reduce the cost for my trouble by $50.00.I said ok I would wait another week.
In the mean time, I had to make calls to them local delivery company as instructed to scheduled for some one to be here.
The delivery was sch between 10am -2:00pm December 20. Guess what they did not arrive until 3:30. To make matters worse after opening up the carton and removing the plastic shroud around the cover, the cover itself was the wrong color and the hold down strap were the wrong length.I immediately called their customer service. In ordering the cover they are very specific about the customer reviewing the order to ensure every thing is ok. I did, they apparently did not.......I am very disappointed with my whole experience with NorthLine and will never order from them again. I will also tell others about this. Should have order locally I guess.
