My daughters received a computer for Christmas. They both enjoy playing a variety of games. While our 4 year old was already proficient with a mouse our 2 ½ was just learning. After a few weeks she certainly had the idea but still had difficulty actually executing anything with the mouse. I figured there had to be something better that would reduce her frustration when playing with the computer. I decided to buy a small child friendly mouse, and Nothing but Software had the best prices by far.

What They Sell
As their name implies, Nothing but Software specializes in software. They sell a variety of games, educational software, utilities and applications. Nothing but Software also sells accessories such as cables, memory sticks, notebook cases, keyboards and a variety of point devices.

Navigation
I found the website extremely easy to navigate. The main page features sale items and top selling software. Along the lest side of the screen is list of major departments: education, games, applications, entertainment, graphics, tools & utilities, Macintosh and accessories. Rolling your mouse over the list pops-up a list subcategories to pick from. You can also use the search function at the top of any page to search for products.

From the accessories menu I selected the kids gadgets sub category to find the mouse I was looking for. Products are displayed 24 items to a page and each item on the list has a thumbnail picture and the current selling price. Clicking on the name brings you to the detailed item page including product information, features and system requirements. From the detailed item page you can click to add items to your shopping cart.

Shipping and Returns
Nothing but Software ships from Ohio using USPS, FedEx and UPS. Standard, three day, second day and next day air are available for the lower 48 states. Standard shipping charges start at $4.95. Special shipping rates apply fro Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Nothing but Software also ships UPS to Canada, Mexico and international shipping as well.

Below your shopping cart list is a list of specials. There are always software titles that give you free shipping on your entire order. If you are purchasing several items it may be less expensive to buy an additional software title than to pay for the shipping.

Returns can be made for 30 days minus a 15% restocking fee. You must contact Nothing but Software to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to making any returns.

Checkout
During check-out you must create an account to complete your purchase. You will need to provide your name, address and an e-mail address. Nothing but Software accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.

My Experience
I’m quite satisfied with my shopping experience at Nothing but Software. The site is easy to navigate and they have a nice selection at great prices. The mouse I selected was priced $5-$10 than any other internet site.

I browsed through their other products and they seemed to have good deals and a nice selection. It was easy to find any software I was interested in and the prices I checked were better than several other software sites that I checked.

It took about a week, for us to receive our mouse. I ordered it on a Sunday night and it arrived on Friday via US mail. I received an e-mail when my order shipped on Tuesday. I would assume that I received an automatic order confirmation e-mail, but I forgot to check my junk mail folder before Sunday’s messages were automatically deleted. The mouse arrived well packed in its original manufacturer’s box.

Would I Buy from Nothing but Software Again?
I would not hesitate to purchase again from Nothing but Software. The site is fast and easy to navigate, the provide complete product information on everything they sell, their prices are great with a decent selection.
