Ink didn't arrive when expected. Contacted Office Supply Outfitters, Tricia confirmed UPS said it had delivered it. Told her they didn't. Tricia sent a replacement order by overnight air, which I received the next day. Several days later someone dropped off the original order to our house. UPS clearly had delivered it to the wrong address. Tricia continued to follow up, and offered to sell the second shipment without the shipping cost, which I accepted as we will use the ink eventually! Gary Rearick

The toner printed with very slight lines on a solid black box, my only complaint. Since I needed the toner, I did not send the cartridge back.

What I ordered and what I received were two different things! The Customer Service person was lovely and is overnighting the correct toner cartridge to me today as well as a UPS label to return to wrong one.

Ihave not received my products and they were said to be received no later than 8/5/04 per customer service!!!! They delivered them to the wrong address last time. Only UPS and the company know!!!!!!!

I received my order and discovered I had ordered the wrong product. I called the customer support number the merchant provided and was assisted professionally. I received authorization to return the wrong item. I then reordered and received the correct cartridge. The service was excellent.
