I searched for reasonably priced " allergy " tape labels for patient charts to give to a doctor setting up his new practice in Mexico. I found this company's website to be very logically organized for product searches, there was a wide variety of products, at reasonable prices, their set up for ordering of the four items was easy, and they built in a system where having a different billing address and mailing address would not be in conflict, or not allowable, as I have found at other website companies. After I submitted my order at 8PM within a very short period of time ( 1-2 hours) I received an order confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately after I placed my order I found another product I wanted to order and sent a reply by e-mail if this new item could be added to my original order. I again received a very prompt reply. As my first order was over $50 there was no shipping charge. My second order did not meet that $50 threshold, but the company was kind enough to waive the second package's shipping charge, even though it was being shipped in a separate package. Again I received a confirmation e-mail of the shipment of the second package. I would highly recommend this company, just based on their customer service timely responsiveness and helpfulness.
So many Internet companies I have dealt with as a customer, even when the product may be fine, the customer service caring is non-existent.. that does NOT appear to be the case with Office World.
