Officeworld has the best selectionI have ever found, and my order arrived so fast (shipping was free!) that I thought there had been a mistake. But there was no mistake; I ordered from Officeworld Tuesday afternoon and my entire purchase order was sitting on my desk at 10:00 Thursday morning. I wish everyone I dealt with was this efficient.

They accept returns, I had to purchase another (exact) model in-advance, but when they receive the old (defective) unit, they did refund my account and  new (good) unit did work properly.  I appreciate a company the is willing to work with customers.  I do recommend this store, especially, if You have a hard time with orders.

I have always gone to the big box store for my office supplies, until I discovered Office World online.  I usually receive my order the next day.  I have used the online customer service before.  They are always very helpful.  The prices are right.  What else can I say?

I just happened to come across OfficeWorld.com through a Google search when I was looking for a particular ball point pen.  I've been a customer ever since.  This company always seems to have what I need and the prices are more than fair, especially if there is a promotional code for that month.  Even with added shipping costs, I can often place an order that costs less than going to a nearby office retailer.
Every order that I have placed has been mailed right away with delivery following two or three days later.  In addition, the order has always been accurate, so I have never had to return or exchange any item purchased.
In addition, their customer service staff is friendly and helpful.  When I was in doubt about a certain pen refill to purchase, the customer service representative was able to advise me correctly so that I wouldn't purchase the wrong item.
Although I only order for my personal business needs, I feel that Office World makes me feel just as important as a corporate customer.  I will certainly continue to be an OfficeWorld.com patron.

Officeworld is number 1 in my book. Deliveries are always quick, they call immediately upon my submitting an order if they have a question, and they are always very friendly. When I have changed my mind and want to return an item, they get back to me right away with a return number. I was looking for a large (20x30) 2007-2008 academic year (July-June) wall calendar (it's August at the time of this review). I couldn't find one at the local office supply stores (keep in mind that I live in Chicago, so we have plenty of them!), nor could I find one through my company's office supply vendor. It was a Thursday afternoon last week, I ordered an item on line and to my surprise it was delivered through UPS the very next day (Friday afternoon). The item was of the same specs, but with a slight deviation. Since the total purchase amount was less than $10, I was a little hesitant whether to call the customer service for the wrong item or just to leave it.

On Monday, I called the customer service, and you have no clue how prompt & excellent their customer service was (remember my purchase was only for 7 or 8 dollars). Right from the beginning they were very courteous and listened to me very patiently and I was told that I would receive an email from officeworld.com within 2 business days on further action.

Within a business day, I received a nice email detailing that my new item is ready to be shipped the next day and regretted for the wrongly shipped item. To be frank, I have never dealt with any business firm with such a GREAT customer service. KUDOS officeworld.com !!!

I started using OfficeWorld.com after trying to find CD/DVD storage options at Office Depot's online site and discovering that they no longer carried the items I like. I found the same items quickly and easily at Officeworld.com. I was most impressed by the quick shipping - I received the items I ordered the next day. Their prices are fair - compared to other office supply online stores, there is not much difference. They do show the manufacturer's list price and figure your "discount" but for the most part, their prices are in line with other stores.

I am not too wild about their shopping cart, however. The links are mostly text-based, and you have to scrutinize the page to make sure that you've filled in every field. For instance, the ship-to address shows up as "Default" and it would be more user-friendly if the ship-to address field actually showed the address.

However, a small thing like this won't keep me from the site.

These guys are great. Delivery is just when they say and nothing is banged up. The orders have been accurate and when they don't have the item, they get in touch w/you immediately and offer substitute items. Furthermore, they have a loyalty discount that you should ask about. I am saving $ 50 dollars a month and getting the lowest price with free delivery and next day free delivery, they cannot be beat!!

I couldn't have had a better experience. I got a great price (cheapest I found anywhere) and the item was delivered FREE the next day! The item was damaged when I received it so I contacted their live online customer service and explained that my item was damaged during shipping. They immediately sent out a replacement (again next day and No Charge!), and then arranged for UPS to pick up the defective item at no charge to me. Their customer service is Top Notch and I wouldn't hesitate to order anything from officeworld.com. It's hard to find a company that is all about its customers and officeworld is!

I had a bad experience with this store. I tried to order a handheld vacuum. After 2 weeks, when it had not arrived, I had to send two emails over the course of a week before getting a response from their customer service. Apparently the item was out of stock, but they did not notify me. They claimed to have sent an email explaining that the order was cancelled, but I only got an email confirming the order and credit card charge. I have not received my credit card bill yet to determine if they charged me or not. Poor customer service.

Dealing with Officeworld.com was WONDERFUL! I initially received the wrong item so I hopped online to their site and took advantage of their Live Chat feature and spoke with an associate named Ruth who was very helpful and advised that since I needed my item pretty quickly, she'd have it reshipped as soon as possible. The company did not ask me to send back the item I received by mistake since the cost of shipping was more than the item itself.
I received the item I originally ordered within 2 days which was impressive!
All of my correspondence from the company has been friendly, helpful, and easy!

I found Office World by sheer luck. They carried a hard-to-find item I was looking for, and so I decided to try them. I was so impressed by the service and speed of delivery, that they have become the primary source of our office supplies. Since I am close to a regional distribution center, I receive most items the next day - and that's with the free shipping! One time I submitted an order at 4:30 pm, and it was in my office the next day just after noon. Even when I've had to return an item (our fault, not theirs) their customer service has been stellar and courteous. I wish more companies were as responsive, efficient and friendly.
