I ordered a printer from these THIEVES and WAS NOT TOLD it was back ordered so I waited 3 weeks and canceled my order by phone. The person on the line said it was taken care of. So when the printer arrived at my door, I refused the order. It was sent back to the company. So someone called me and told me I was going to be charged a restocking fee. I explained the situation to the individual but he did care, he said "he was just the messenger." So when I got my credit card statement in I was charged a 33.75% restocking fee instead of the normal 20%. So know I have to dispute it through my credit card company. I feel I should receive a full return since I was told "it was taken care of." I have a bad felling I will not see $87.66 out of the $259.78 transaction I had with these THIEVES. So I will try and warn anyone that tries to buy anything from this company, DON'T!!!!! The company does not have a system able to send out an e-mail saying if it is back ordered, they rely on phone calls to the customer and make no notes in the purchase order when they do call. I warn everyone that if a company's on-line software cannot track these things then you the consumer should not buy from them.
