tracking number came within hours of placing the order online. after waiting 3 days my TV arrived to my surprise with alot of protection. it was annoying to unwrap the TV since the box was wrapped in 4 inches of padding but I cant complain tv was in good condition without even a scratch on the box. thinking padding alone must of cost a forture but officetronics really seems to care about your pacakage.

Officetronics made my day by delivering my TV in 2 days. Just in time for the NBA game finals. There TV arrived with extra padding looked like thing could be dropped from a 2 story building and still stay intact. I can see that Officetronics cares about there packages vs some other dealers I have had stuff delivered on with very little padding.

my billing address and shipping address were different caused a slight delay on my order at no fault of Officetronics. I like how they verify your order to make sure your CC was not stolen. after resolving the issue in 2 minutes with them my printer arrived the next following business day. i commend them for fast delivery and taking there time to make sure this was not a fraud order

believe it when you see the reviews about this company Officetronics are good. the HP printer I ordered arrived in 2days as everyone reviewed. I am lead to believe this company is a hidden gem. there service is great when it comes to getting information on product support and post sales support. I was reluctant to order but my fears were resolved with fast delivery and good service.

experience I have had with Officetronics has been above what I expected. I purchased a HP 2605DN on Friday after speaking to a lady named Lisa who was very nice and knew about the printer. After placing the order the printer arrived on Monday. There shipping department shipped the pritner on Friday even though I ordered it at 3:00PM. I would like to thank Officetronics for the great experience and wonderful service. I will let my friends and family know.

No problems what so ever, i recently purchased some of equipment from them, ordered Thursday, dispatched Friday and received on the Monday, email communication all the way. Had to return one item as packed up after one hour. I used there online returns system and was collected next day and replacement was sent out straight away after receiving the returned one. My experience was A+ and i buy regular from a number of computer equipment suppliers online and Officetronics for me is definately one of the better ones

Most horrible place to buy any product. Worst customer support i have seen. These people even make Dell look better. I will never ever buy frm this place. I bought a dyson dc15 and they decided to discontinue the product not sure if they are lying) and did not inform me about it. i waited more than 3 weeks for my order. everytime i called they said it will be shipped cause i selected regular shipping and not expedited. Customer service female had so much attitude.

DO NOT use this vendor. They advertised the lowest price but after an unanswered email inquiry and several phone calls from me, I finally learned (1 week after I ordered it) they it was out of stock. This after I had expedited shipping - and several days after I should have received it.

Ordered for a HP 2605DN and the printer came very fast. I have been using these guys for years now and there service is very excellent. Product came quickly and the product was new. I have been scammed by other internet dealers. And Officetronics has my faith in these guys.

Officetronics did not let me know I was going to pay sales tax until they billed my credit card. It has been 13 days and I still have not received my order nor have I gotten any response to my inquires on the order. UPS is still waiting on receiving the item. I will never buy from them again..

Looked for a HP 3800N and this was the only store that stated instock. I placed an order for the product and even called these guys to verify the avaability. They confirmed the product is new and instock. Placed the order and the product arrived in 2 days from the date of order. I was like WOW I stumbled upon a Gem in a haystack. These guys have super cheap prices with good customer service. I will be recommending them to my IT department here at MGM.

I really enjoy working with this company. Since day one they have been a great company to work with. I need a custom install for a notebook and they were able to accomdate me by offering Windows XP prior to shipping from the manufacturer. officetronics inc was quite different than what i thought it would have been. this was my first experience with them and i didn't think that it would've have gone well, but yet it went by so well.

the representatives are very helpful and if there is something wrong with the order, they will contact you immediately to reduce delaying the shipping process.

overall, my experience with this company was a good one and i plan on shopping with them again soon.

their inventory is huge! they have all sorts of stuff. printers, gps systems, file cabinets, etc. when i was shopping for office supplies, i needed a binding machine, file cabinet, and gps system. 3 totally different things, but i got them all from one company. it was quite amazing that they had all the things that i needed. they all arrived around the same time period too which kind of surprised me!

I thought that this company was quite superb in their work ethics. I ordered a M-11W whiteboard from their company and they told me that it takes 24-48 hours to process and ship then 7-10 business days to arrive to my location. The whiteboard actually arrived sooner than I expected. I am willing to do business with this company and will recommend all of my colleagues to do so as well.

I ordered an LCD monitor from this company. I disagree with the customer below in regards to the representatives not communicating with the customer. My order was on backorder and as soon as they received news of that, they immediately contacted me. I was okay with the wait. When the item was in stock again, the company immediately notified me of the availability. Overall, i was quite satisfied with my order and I will be recommending this company to my fellow colleagues.
