Ordered July 3, 2008 and went on vacation expecting toner to be here when I returned. Nope, not quite, guess again. What I did get was an e-mail from the Omnipro saying they would e-mail again when my order had been shipped. I called them and got a machine. I went on-line to the site and tried on line chat, no one ever came on line. I called again, this time leaving a message. I got an e-mail back saying ..... so sorry will look into it. On a FRIDAY they said found the order, apologize, will ship next business day. I e-mailed back asking for overnight at no charge to me and a refund of shipping. What I got back was an email saying item shipped PARCEL POST. Wait a minute I paid for USPS PRIORITY! I e-mailed them this and got back no response. Now 12 days after submitting my order, I still have not received it.
True, the prices are good, but what good is it that I now have to get my toner, at a local store, paying FULL RETAIL since I have not yet received my order. There is no time to wait for another internet company, I was completely out of toner when I ordered it. Work is piling up now, and I can not afford to keep paying for copies and print jobs.
