I ordered a full standing mirror from them. They sent it and the casters were soldered on wrong so you couldn't even stand it up. They send a 2nd one and a part is missing and it has been almost 3weeks of my calling them with no call back. The email I received from Adrienne Bubbins,Customer Service Manager said that if I wanted them to pick up the mirror, there would be RETURN FEES!!! Can you believe the audacity of that comment!
They are the worst. Always call these places and if you can't get a real voice on the phone....don't buy from them. All they are is a distributor to get the product to you. It's not a business. They could be working out of their kitchen for all you know. I also have contacted the better business bureau to try and get their help! |

Horrible experience with this company. The furniture on the website said in stock and ready to ship. Once I ordered it, however, I got an email a couple of days later saying it wouldn't ship for at least two weeks. Once I got the items (four upholstered dining chairs), they needed assembly. No big deal, except that the factory pre-drilled holes did NOT line up on the chairs, making it impossible to assemble. Even my contractor boyfriend couldn't put them together. When I contacted the returns department, the rep kept insisting that it was a "parts" issue, and that I just needed to reorder parts. Duh... To top it off, they're charging huge shipping and "restocking fees" to send back. Shoddy outfit.

When you call the return dept. expect to enter the twilight zone. You will get a recording again and again and your calls will not be returned for days if not weeks.
I will not order furniture again and if you do read the return policy and pray you do not need to use it. |

We are delighted with the bed we ordered. It Arrived within 7 days and it was $100 cheaper then any one else. The delivery people were courteous and set up the bed in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes. They took away the boxes and we slept on the bed the same

I would like to convey my extreme dissatisfaction with this company. I had initially ordered an area rug on March 17th 2007, and chose OneWayFurniture because of it's low cost, and website which seemed secure & had been rated as a top site by many. A month later I finally got an email saying my rug would ship in TWO more weeks. Waited again... Those 2 weeks passed during which I phoned the company to express my concern and was told not to worry. So we kept waiting. Another 2 weeks passed and now we are told the rug wouldnt ship until mid-June!!
I am shocked that OneWayFurniture can have a successful business based on my dealings with them. My experience of poor communication, ship dates that are months away, and the inability to fill orders of product that they list on their site in a timely manner, has astounded me. If they are unable to fulfill orders of specific products in a timely manner, then why even list the said products for sale? Their service has been simply appalling. My order has since been cancelled. |

Very, very pleased. I saw a dinette that I liked. I was very afraid to order something that I have never seen over the Internet. Pictures are very good, the items looks exactly the way they show it in the picture. I was worried about the glass top braking, however, it all came in one piece. Nothing broken, nothing missing. They called me and told me that the item has shipped and 2 days later I received a phone call from delivery company who made sure I will be home to receive the shipment. Assembly took a while, since I have never done it before, but my husband and I mastered it together. No missing bolts, screws. Perfect. I could not be any happier. I will order from this company again.

There was a small part for the bed that needed to be replaced. I contacted the manufacturer of the product who quickly responded to correct the problem. Given the way the problem was resolved, I felt good about the purchase even though it delayed me for a few days.
I would use One Way Furniture again.

I got an email on every ship date saying my ship date was changed. I ordered on 06/08. The second time they changed the ship date to 10/03. At that point I cancelled my order. 4 months is ridiculous for a dining room set to ship... and they would probably just send me another email saying the ship date was changed again. BAD ONLINE STORE!!!! At this rate, it could take a year for them to actually send me my merchandise. I'll shop elsewhere that can actually ship the merchandise reasonably.

Thank goodness I read these reviews before placing any orders with this company! They are truly DECEPTIVE!! In the left margin of their website, they post icons for bizrate and BBBonline reliability program, as though they are rated. If you try to click the icons, you will discover that they are not links b/c this company was never rated or approved by any of those reputable services (same for their "Internet Retailer Top 400 Retailer link). Why? B/c they simply copied and pasted the icons from another site. (Usually the icons link to the BBBonline or others' official endorsements and rankings.) What a scam!

The first time I shopped with oneway I recieved a chair that was in very poor condition. But your company did a great job of making me happy and resolving the problem. As a matter of fact because of the great service I went on to purchase more furnature and I am now awaiting delivery. The only thing I recommend is that you make it easier for a customer to contact a real person by phone and not just an anwering machine. Leaving a mesage and waiting 2 days for a reply isnt exceptable not when you only have a couple of days to contact the company about defective merchandise. I did eventaully get to talk to someone by being persistant so by the time the phone message I left was returned my problem was solved.

I did ordered "Big Screen Entertainment Center 37" - 60" Standing TV (SE-BE0643)" looking at the picture shown on the website. However when I received the product, it was not what I was expecting as there was something missing which was shown in the picutre. I did called the customer service of oneway and told that it looks like something is missing from the package. She also thought that there is something missing which was shown in the picture and she did called manufacturer to clarify this. As per manufacturer it was not part of their product and was the part of TV which is not delivered with this entertainment centre. But since the image was misguiding, oneway did paid for round trip shipping cost and sent me "Black 27" TV Metal Entertainment Center Wall Unit (SE-BE0644)". Everything was real quick and I would rate their customer service as Excellent. I would definitely shop again on oneway.

I was immediately phoned and emailed. The replacement part arrived yesterday. I would use this company again because of their excellent customer service.
