We ordered a wrong size desk and are having a problem securing a RMA (Return Material Authorization). So it is making the return difficult. I seem to get a different person each time I send email or phone. The replacement (correct size) desk should be arriving today. I researched for a product i saw in another's catalog. I felt their price and shipping could be beat. I found the same item at One Way Furniture for less.

I received my order more quickly than I expected -- excellent. I discovered when assembling the fireplace that the mantle piece was damaged in shipment. I called and your associate was absolutely wonderful. I received the replacement part 2 days later -- much sooner than I expected!! The fireplace itself is far better than I expected it would be. I am very pleased with both the product and the service I received. I wish all of my purchasing experiences could be this satisfying!

I will never buy from this company again. I bought a barstool and was authorized a return without restocking fees because I purchased a larger order. This fiasco started in November 2008 and still is unresolved. I will make a very, very long story short. Ms. B in an attempt to help me save money on the return shipping costs arranged to have the merchandise returned at their cost but the shipment was never picked up because she had put down our prior address and then when the address was updated the merchandise was never picked up. This would have been a $60. savings to me but instead I had to pay $115. to ship back the product and then when the credit was finally processed I was charged a shipping charge to date has never been returned to me. She has not taken any of my calls for at least 6 months and I am very frustrated to say the least. At this point, I just want to protect others from having to go through what I've been through. This should have been an easy return and I am taken back by the customer service I have received.

We will never again order anything from this company. To begin with it took us several attempts to get the website to take our credit card number which caused us to repeatedly retype all of our information. When we finally got the order to take we made a typo on our phone number. This led to the shipper being unable to contact us to deliver the order. We then received an email from One Way Furniture stating that the shipping company was having trouble contacting us and that we would start incurring storage fees. Unfortunately, you can not contact a live person on the company phone number--you can only leave a message. By the time we finally spoke to a person from One Way we were told that the order had been returned (instead of stored)and that we would need to either pay an extra $90 for shipping or a 15% restocking fee. After I reluctantly agreed to pay the shipping, it took another two weeks and numerous calls directly to the shipper to get the order delivered. After the order finally arrived (several weeks after we ordered it), the table was missing several screws that we replaced at Home Depot because we did not want to deal with this company any more. Additionally, the padding on the chairs is made of cheap foam that I anticipate will not hold up. Bottom Line - I am buying from a local furniture store from here on out.

I was very pleased with the service. After ordering from another company, who had no trouble immediately charging my credit card, but then called me two weeks later to say they not only had not shipped my order but were out of the chairs. I canceled the order and found OneWay. My order was shipped within days and I received exactly a week after I placed the order. I couldn't be happier!

Very pleased. I had no issues with ordering or receiving the order, however when the desk arrived one had a piece broken and the drawers do not fit together perfectly. Overall though I am very very pleased with my purchase and would definitely make it again if I had to go back.

The day that I shopped, the headboard I was looking for was on sale for a really good price, so I put it in my shopping cart. I couldn't make the purchase then. I went back a week later for the same item and the price had gone up. I looked in my shopping cart and it was still available at the sale price. I bought it right away! Overall I am pleased with the purchase of the two Prepac nightstands, the 5 drawer chest and the 6 drawer dresser. For knock-down furniture, these are better than most. The instructions were way above average, excellent drawings and easy to follow. The one exception is the left and right sides of all the units are not marked and the pictures in the instructions fail to clearly identify the difference. This caused several of the pieces to have to be disassembled and reassembled as I had left and right installed incorrectly. Structurally, the furniture is very sound and very heavy. The drawers are a bit of an issue. The plywood sides had fit issues as holes were a little off center. The cardboard drawer bottoms could have been a little better material and the side slides are a little disappointing. Drawer slides need to be upgraded to a better quality drawer slide.
When completed the units look beautiful. I am a little concerned about the finish. It is very thin paper-like finish adhesively applied to the MDF boards. I'm concerned about the finish's durability. It is very easy to scratch.

I ordered a bombe chest and it was on backorder. Knowing that it was on backorder, they still went ahead and charged my card. I then changed the order to a bombe chest that was in stock. For 3 days they had me going back and forth to tell me when it would ship. THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ANSWER! I then proceeded to cancel that and as I write this email they are still giving me a very hard time about the cancellation and the crediting of my AMEX! I am writing this to you in the hope that you can do something. I have also opened up a disputed charge investigation with American Express. By the way, I bought the SAME PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM furniturebuzz.com for 150 dolars LESS and it has already shipped. I bought it YESTERDAY!!
