I placed an online order and never received a confirmation.  The company never returned any of my phone messages.  Finally several days later when I called again I was told they were still computing the shipping charges and didn't know when the item would be shipped.  I found the exact item at Gopher Sports for for 39% less in stock ready to ship the same day!  I called the onlinesports and asked the representative if I could still cancel the order.  The online sports representative said "Yes".  Several days later I received the item from online sports anyway and found out they had charged my credit card for the order that onlinesports had canceled. During the dispute with American Express online sports claimed that I had waived the delivery signature for the canceled order which was a lie.  The  supervisor at onlinesports did admit that that online sports was at fault in this situation but would only provide a refund if I paid the shipping to return the item.  Finally my credit card company solved the problem to my satisfaction.

onlinesports has also been slaming me with SPAM since I canceled the order but of course after this shameful expericence I would never considering ordering anything from them again!
